Spring Wellness Workshop 2023

Utilising the energy of Spring, it is the perfect season for a gentle cleanse that will support health of the body and wellness of the mind.

This workshop includes:

  • A yoga & meditation class

  • Choice hatha yoga kriyas - cleansing techniques

  • A short talk on ayurveda and seasonal wellness with a focus on Spring

  • A cooking demonstration of the the perfect ayurvedic and yogic cleansing dish that is satisfying, nutritious and yum. Then we'll eat it :) Our products are sourced from Ananda Wholefoods

  • Social chai

  • Yoga nidra

  • A take home cleanse kit (includes equipment, recipe, ingredients)

Monthly Herbal Tea Afternoon

Join us at clinic on the first Saturday of each month to sample and learn about a new herbal tea. Each of our teas function differently to contribute to our holistic health, and each month we want to guide you through their purposes and usages, as well as offer them to you for sampling purposes.

Our first session on Saturday the 9th of April will introduce Goto Kola, a new tea at Ananda Wellness.

A self-care day dedicated to healing, resting, rejuvenating.

Join us as we take a half day out to heal…. starting off with a stretchy, rejuvenating yoga practice followed by pranayama and meditation, time to reflect and journal, learn about ayurvedic seasonal wellness with a short talk, receive ayurvedic massage, have a delicious long lunch, get lots of deep rest with yoga nidra, listen to soothing mantra and sound bowl healing and more.

A Day of Wellness at our Autumn Self Care Immersion Day

We have a half day retreat coming up on the March 11 public holiday weekend! This day will be dedicated to healing, resting, and rejuvenating, and also designed to coincide with the turn of the season, as we prepare our homes, diets, routines and lifestyles for the Autumn Equinox on 21 March. It will be a healing experience for everyone and following this, anyone observing an ayurvedic seasonal practice can kick off a 2 week cleanse to reset the body & mind for the season.  
 
Join us as we commence the day with a specially designed yoga practice followed by pranayama and meditation and then a delicious and healthy lunch followed by deep rest, massages, time for guided reflection, a long healing yoga nidra and soothing music & mantra to round off the day.

In this practical afternoon of yoga & ayurveda we will share the importance of and the benefits you will experience when your digestive fire (agni) is operating at its optimum.
