Trauma-informed, person-centred counselling supporting emotional wellbeing, anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. Integrative counselling combining psychology-informed approaches with lifestyle and wellbeing practices.Therapeutic Guided Meditation for Emotional Regulation — $120 | 45 minutes
