Wednesday Evening Meditation class
Our long awaited Wednesday Evening Group Meditation Classes are back!
These classes are designed to help you benefit from the energy of the group while finding stillness in mind & body, releasing the tension and feelings of ‘stuck and tight’ that we sometimes can’t shake or explain, and to help you end your day with a sense of gratitude for little moments, peace and clarity.
We aim for an easy general practice - beneficial for beginners not knowing how to start all the way to advanced meditators, focusing on a time for stillness and going within.
An Introduction to Ayurveda: Workshop
Come along and join an informative, practical and fun workshop to learn about the system of Ayurveda and the importance of aligning with nature and her seasons, how to adjust your lifestyle, habits, food and drink, exercise, yoga and breathing to bring about shifts to your well-being.
Monthly Herbal Tea Afternoon
Join us at clinic on the first Saturday of each month to sample and learn about a new herbal tea. Each of our teas function differently to contribute to our holistic health, and each month we want to guide you through their purposes and usages, as well as offer them to you for sampling purposes.
Our first session on Saturday the 9th of April will introduce Goto Kola, a new tea at Ananda Wellness.

Weekly Tuesday Dawn Meditation Circle - August 31 onward
Join our weekly dawn meditations. These are short sessions designed to help you find stillness in mind & body, release the tension and feelings of ‘stuck and tight’ that we sometimes wake up with but can’t explain, and help you start your day with a sense of gratitude for little moments, peace and clarity. This is especially important as many of us across the world experience the impacts of Covid-19, lockdowns and limited social and community interactions.
It’s open to all, from anywhere in the world! And it’s an easy general practice - beneficial for beginners not knowing how to start all the way to advanced meditators.
When: Every Tuesday morning, 7 - 7:30am EST

Join us on the morning of Saturday July 21 as we delve into an invigorating yoga class, and then share some ayurvedic refreshments and settle in with a spicy chai to talk about building immunity not just for protection from illness but also improving how you look and feel.
In this practical afternoon of yoga & ayurveda we will share the importance of and the benefits you will experience when your digestive fire (agni) is operating at its optimum.

The role it plays in wellbeing, vitality, immunity & more
Realistic tips & techniques on how you can support your agni on a daily basis
