Our long awaited Wednesday Evening Group Meditation Classes are back!
These classes are designed to help you benefit from the energy of the group while finding stillness in mind & body, releasing the tension and feelings of ‘stuck and tight’ that we sometimes can’t shake or explain, and to help you end your day with a sense of gratitude for little moments, peace and clarity.
We aim for an easy general practice - beneficial for beginners not knowing how to start all the way to advanced meditators, focusing on a time for stillness and going within.

Join our weekly dawn meditations. These are short sessions designed to help you find stillness in mind & body, release the tension and feelings of ‘stuck and tight’ that we sometimes wake up with but can’t explain, and help you start your day with a sense of gratitude for little moments, peace and clarity. This is especially important as many of us across the world experience the impacts of Covid-19, lockdowns and limited social and community interactions.
It’s open to all, from anywhere in the world! And it’s an easy general practice - beneficial for beginners not knowing how to start all the way to advanced meditators.
