Upcoming classes and Workshops in Sri Lanka!

We will be sharing ayurveda, yoga, mindfulness and wellness in Colombo, Sri Lanka for 4 weeks starting the end of October. If you’re living in Sri Lanka, or visiting, make sure to visit our serene rooftop Yoga & Meditation Shala in Colombo, or come by for a consultation if you're looking for guidance on general well-being, a specific issue, or just wanting to bring more mindful habits into your life. 
 
We’ll also be hosting workshops exploring Ayurveda in Everyday Life, How to build a healthy Agni (digestive fire), and an evening of Yoga Nidra in collaboration with Prana Lounge, Colombo.

Yoga and Meditation in alignment with Ayurveda in Colombo, Sri Lanka

We are now offering Sunset Yoga classes at our Rooftop Shala every Tuesday and Thursday evening, 6pm - 7.15pm. Open to beginners and lower-intermediate level upward with a Hatha Vinyasa focus on stretching, strengthening and grounding.

The focus for next week will be the mid and lower back, hips, hamstrings and the classic surya namaskar (sun salute) practice

The day’s class will be themed according to the Ayurvedic daily rhythms, and can be beneficial in managing sleep, mood and tension within the body and mind. Each week, we will also deepen our practice of breath work and meditation, with continuous practice leading to significant shifts in wellbeing.
